Thanksgiving Grant-ed

Hour Generation Foundation's Thanksgiving Grant-ed is the organization's longest-running program, providing full Thanksgiving meal baskets to families in need across Maryland and Oregon.

Each basket is thoughtfully prepared to ensure families can gather around a complete holiday meal with dignity and joy. Through community partnership and generosity, the program helps make Thanksgiving a season of gratitude and abundance for all. Several produce items included in the Thanksgiving baskets are grown on HGF's Sustainable Urban Farm in Bowie, Maryland. More than 120 lbs of vegetables, like collard greens, were included in baskets in 2025.
