Rooted in his desire to give back to the community, NBA veteran Jerami Grant founded Hour Generation Foundation in 2017, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization committed to offering a beacon of hope for youth seeking to explore their talents and unlock their potential. Through this foundation, Grant and his team inspire and empower young minds, by providing information, resources, and extracurricular programs to maximize their potential and realize their special gifts to attain success in life. A 10-year NBA veteran and USA Men’s Basketball Olympic Gold Medalist, Jerami was recognized for his exemplary contributions both on and off the court as the Trail Blazers’ 2022-23 Maurice Lucas Award recipient. Jerami is proud to be from the Washington, D.C.-area, accrediting his hometown and community for contributing to who he is today.
